Research on environmental justice should return to the understanding of justice itself. In order to better understand the current research from the distribution and recognition of two dimensions of understanding the justice of environmental justice, this article applies the general statement of justice (justice of distribution and recognition of justice) to the specific context of environmental issues: on the one hand, Hume’s idea of the distributive justice pointed out that in the circumstances where the limited resources of the earth and the infinite desires of space and people are in a state of tension and human beings can not fully achieve selflessness and selflessness, people will, for the sake of the environment and the sustainability of human society, On the other hand, with Hegel’s recognition of justice and its contemporary development, he pointed out that when individuals and groups feel that their dignity and value are not obtained under the circumstance of environmental injustice Due recognition, or distorted recognition, the contemptuous moral experience created by the lack of such recognition would provoke a thirst for environmental justice, where environmental justice is (and sometimes may first) be recognized as a problem.
