随着欧洲WEEE指令的临近,日前,春兰正在废止家电产品焊接中含铅物质的使用,并在保持原有产品可靠性和满足大批量生产要求基础上,率先于国内同行实现无铅焊接。无铅焊接是全世界电子产业包括家电产业正在进行中的一项技术攻关工作,这项工作对环境保护和人体健康有着极其重要的意义。但不可否认,该工作在工艺和技术上具有相当大的难度:一是采用几种合金; 二是熔融的合适温度;三是焊点凝固与光洁度;四是线路板能够承受的温度等。其中的每一点均决定无铅焊接的成败。

Lead-free soldering is an ongoing technological breakthrough in the electronics industry in the world, including the home appliance industry. This work is extremely important for environmental protection and human health. But it is undeniable that the work in the process and technology has considerable difficulty: First, the use of several alloys; Second, the appropriate temperature of melting; Third, the solder joint solidification and finish; Fourth, the circuit board can withstand the temperature and so on. Each of these determines the success or failure of lead-free soldering.
