目的筛选产今可豆氨酸的芽胞杆菌菌株。方法采用液相-四级杆飞行时间质谱的方法结合Metlin数据库检索分析了32株芽胞杆菌菌株的发酵液胞外成分。结果筛选出含今可豆氨酸成分的芽胞杆菌菌株为科恩芽胞杆菌(Bacillus cohnii FJAT-10017)、解硫胺素解硫胺素芽胞杆菌(Aneurinibacillus aneurinilyticus FJAT-10004)、解葡聚糖类芽胞杆菌(Paenibacillus glucanolyticus FJAT-10020)、土壤短芽胞杆菌(Brevibacillus agri FJAT-10018)。其中该成分含量最高的为科恩芽胞杆菌(Bacillus cohnii FJAT-10017),占其发酵液总代谢物含量的1.73%。结论科恩芽胞杆菌(Bacillus cohnii FJAT-10017)为今可豆氨酸高产菌株。该研究为芽胞杆菌来源活性物质的开发与利用提供理论依据。
Objective To screen Bacillus subtilis strains that produce sorarayne. Methods The extracellular components of fermentation broth of 32 strains of Bacillus were analyzed by liquid phase - quadrupole time of flight mass spectrometry combined with Metlin database. Results Bacillus subtilis strains with present-day iso-butyric acid were screened for Bacillus cohnii FJAT-10017, Aneurinibacillus aneurinilyticus FJAT-10004, Paenibacillus glucanolyticus FJAT-10020, Brevibacillus agri FJAT-10018. Among them, Bacillus cohnii FJAT-10017 had the highest content of this component, accounting for 1.73% of the total metabolite content in the fermentation broth. Conclusion Bacillus cohnii FJAT-10017 is a high-yield strain of Bacitracin. This study provides a theoretical basis for the development and utilization of Bacillus-derived active substances.
