我矿基建部门,过去建造两层楼房时,使用JD—3型绞车,牵引力为500公斤,它是将钢丝绳经过导向滑轮,直接提升载物吊盘。过去在吊重300公斤的混凝土预制件时,电机就发热比较严重,有时被迫停车影响了施工进度。最近在进行四层楼施工中,要求提升的预制件重700公斤,为了解决提升的困难,大家开动脑筋想办法,将钢丝绳的一端固定在本支架顶部,另端缠在卷筒上,新加装一个动滑轮和四根吊盘稳绳(附图),使牵引力为500公斤的绞车可以提升1000公斤的重物,而电机温升均可保持在允许的范围内,提升运行平稳,既省力又安全,解决了施工中
