截止2006年8月9日,海南全省旅游汽车统一调度、统一结算已正式运作10个多月,中心下属14个营业网点共受理调派车辆99138辆次,日平均调车325辆次,最高日调车1047辆次,最低日调派100辆次,累计运送游客277．6万人次,平均每日运送游客9101人,与去年同期相比增长了1．5％。据统计,目前中心共接到电话、书面投诉958宗,其中调查核实的投诉有243宗,投诉率为0．26％。值得一提的是,在243宗投诉中,游客直接投诉的仅为9宗。目前所有记录在案的投诉都已做出了处理,共有4名旅游车司机因严重违规被取消旅游车驾驶资格,4辆车被黄牌警告,但没有出现一例旅游车司机“甩团”、“宰客”事件。当前,统一调度、结算工作运行平稳有序,大多数旅行社已逐渐适应和接受了这种运作模式,共有148家旅行社与12家旅游汽车公司签订了长期租车合同,占全省158家旅行社的93．67％。从每天运送的游客量看,呈逐步上升后平稳运行的趋势。
