一、柑桔窖藏法的初步成效 地窖贮藏柑桔是四川南充地区桔农在长期实践中摸索出的一种行之有效的贮桔方法,它结构简单,建造容易,造价低廉,很适合甜橙类的贮藏。 但是,如果搬照南充的地窖管理方法用于本省,可能难以取得理想的效果。于是,我们设想是否可将南充的室外密封式窖改为室内敞口窖呢?1983年我们在渝水区的珠珊乡洋津园艺场利用普通民房,在室内挖窖两眼,试贮1791斤温桔至2月15日春节前起窖,腐耗和干耗分别为1.93%和6.62%,好果率高达91.45%。且外观和内质都很好,皮色红艳,果蒂鲜绿宿存;固形物11.5%,含糖量9.27%,含酸量0.68%,色、形、味俱佳。
