Larix prinnipis rupprechtii Mayr is not naturally distributed in Ningxia, Gansu and Qinghai provinces. From the three provinces successively introduced from Shanxi in the 1960s, Larix prinnipis rupprechtii Mayr quickly gained recognition because of the high rate of afforestation, rapid growth and strong resistance . With the development of afforestation, the adoption of improved seedlings and higher requirements on the quality of seedlings led to the selection of superior trees of Larix principis-rupprechtii in three provinces (regions) in 1973. Ningxia was the dominant species in Gansu and Qinghai provinces ) Composed of Larix principis-rupprechtii in Northwest China, and went to Dashidong Forest Farm in Guanzhuang Forest Region, the origin of Larix principis-rupprechtii in North China. The single plant selection of Larix principis-rupprechtii was carried out. 20 excellent plants were selected and carried out the following year Scion collection and grafting. The provinces have set up clonal seed orifices of different sizes. After 2 days, the seed orchards in Ningxia have been on for more than ten years. However, the measurement and analysis of the elite tree quality indicators, the status of the results and the progeny of the offspring have not been carried out yet In order to protect and cherish these precious genetic resources, we have started to investigate, analyze and study the growth and development, flowering and fruiting of all the fine plants in Larix principis-rupprechtii Western development, greening the northwest to provide good seeds and promote the development of western forestry.
