在日趋市场化的出版圈,未经译者同意,出版单位擅自出版译作,擅自将译作收入文集、丛书,擅自将译作汇编成书,传统报刊和网络媒体转载译作不付稿酬等侵犯著作权现象屡见不鲜,这一方面反映出出版单位对著作权法的漠视和对作者译者权利的忽视,同时也反映出翻译工作者对如何维护自身合法权益没有足够的认识。最近,中国文字著作权协会相继成功调解了中国社科院外文所王景生、高兴、焦洱、秦岚和中央编译局翟民刚、李京洲等数十位资深翻译工作者与出版单位的十余起著作权
