目的研究天芪降糖胶囊对糖耐量减低患者血清代谢物的影响,探讨天芪降糖胶囊的作用途径。方法应用UPLC/TOF-MS液质联用分析方法,建立人血清代谢指纹谱,进行主成分分析(PCA)和偏最小二乘法-判别分析(PLSDA),观察天芪降糖胶囊的干预效果。结果治疗3个月、6个月后受试者血清代谢物发生了明显变化,天芪降糖胶囊参与机体在磷脂、糖脂、核苷、肉碱等代谢水平的修复过程。结论应用代谢组学方法,可以从整体出发研究天芪降糖胶囊对机体的作用,从小分子代谢物变化衡量其疗效。
Objective To study the effect of Tianqijiangtang capsule on serum metabolites in patients with impaired glucose tolerance and to explore the mechanism of action of Tianqijiangtang Capsule. Methods The metabolic fingerprint of human serum was established by UPLC / TOF-MS method. Principal component analysis (PCA) and partial least-squares-discriminant analysis (PLSDA) were used to observe the intervention effect of Tianqijiangtang capsule. Results After 3 months and 6 months of treatment, the serum metabolites of the subjects changed significantly. Tianqijiangtang Capsule was involved in the repair process of the metabolism of phospholipids, glycolipids, nucleosides and carnitine. Conclusion Metabolomics can be used to study the effect of Tianqijiangtang Capsule on the whole body, and its efficacy is measured from the changes of small molecule metabolites.
