在现代航天、航空工业中,有很多零件的表面是由高次曲线组成的,如导弹的尾翼、肋骨线、飞机的机翼等,如果在数控机床上用逐点比较法加工此类零件,不仅编程复杂,而且精度也不高。 本文根据“脉冲间隔插补法”“建立了插补二次曲线的统一数学模型,用汇编语言进行了程序设计,并由二次扩展到任意高次曲线的插补。在数控线切割机上进行了插补实验,验证了该方法的正确性和适用性。

In this paper, a unified mathematical model of interpolation conic is established according to “Interpolation method of pulse interval”, and the program design is carried out in assembly language and expanded from the second time to the interpolation of any higher order curve. The interpolation experiment verifies the correctness and applicability of this method.
