我国学校体育在发展的过程中逐步呈现出比较明显的漏洞及不足。学校体育的改革是一个立体的,全方位的改革,只有在全社会全面的协调下才能稳步发展,十八大后,需要政府尽快出台相关的学校体育政策,为学校体育的发展提供保障;利用文化影响和舆论引导逐步转变人民大众对体育的思想意识;在运行机制上,要不断加强体育教师的综合素质,创新课堂,改革教法等。政策保障,思想意识的引导和运行机制三者相辅相成,互相关联其中任何一个模块协调不好都不会达到理想的效果。
The development of school physical education in our country gradually shows obvious loopholes and deficiencies. The reform of school physical education is a three-dimensional and all-round reform that can be steadily developed only under the overall coordination of the whole society. After the 18th CPC National Congress, the government is required to promulgate relevant school physical education policies as soon as possible so as to provide guarantee for the development of school physical education. Cultural influence and guidance of public opinion to gradually change people’s ideology and awareness of sports; in the operating mechanism, we must continuously strengthen the overall quality of physical education teachers, innovate the classroom and reform the teaching of law. Policy support, ideological guidance and operational mechanisms complement each other, interrelated any one of these modules will not achieve the desired result of poor coordination.
