目的调查分析石家庄市公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生状况,为集中空调监管提供依据。方法按照《公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生规范》要求,于2010年1—7月抽取石家庄市22家公共场所集中空调运行期间通风系统的送风口空气、风管积尘和空调冷却塔水进行检测。结果送风口空气中,除β-溶血性链球菌外,细菌总数、真菌总数均有不同程度的污染,细菌总数合格率为95.45%,真菌总数合格率为99.09%;风管积尘积尘量合格率为70%,细菌总数合格率为88.18%,真菌总数合格率为80%;空调冷却塔水合格率为81.81%。结论石家庄市公共场所集中送风系统各环节均有不同程度污染,对人群健康构成潜在危害,应加强卫生监测,加大监督管理力度。
Objective To investigate and analyze the health status of centralized air conditioning and ventilation system in public places in Shijiazhuang City, providing the basis for centralized air conditioning regulation. Methods According to the requirements of Hygienic Standard for Central Air-conditioning and Ventilation System in Public Places, ventilation air ducts, air ducts and air-conditioning cooling tower water were collected from 22 public places in Shijiazhuang during the centralized air-conditioning operation from January to July 2010 . Results The results showed that the total number of bacteria and the total number of fungi were all polluted to varying degrees with the β-hemolytic streptococcus. The total passing rate of bacteria was 95.45% and the passing rate of total fungi was 99.09% The pass rate was 70%, the total pass rate of bacteria was 88.18%, the pass rate of the total number of fungi was 80%, and the passing rate of air-conditioning cooling tower water was 81.81%. Conclusions Shijiazhuang city centralized ventilation system in public places have different levels of pollution in various aspects of the health of the population constitute a potential hazard, should strengthen health monitoring, increase supervision and management efforts.
