高中教育是教师与学生的共同活动,是在一定的师生关系维系下进行的。新型师生关系的基本特点是民主平等、教学相长。以情感为基础,使师生之间平等对话、心理相容,在彼此信任的基础上交流,形成相互吸引的心理凝聚力。
High school education is a common activity of teachers and students and is carried out under the certain relationship between teachers and students. The basic characteristics of the new relationship between teachers and students are democratic equality, teaching and learning. On the basis of emotion, teachers and students should have equal dialogue and psychological compatibility. They should exchange ideas on the basis of mutual trust and form a mutually attractive psychological cohesion.
