本法采用碱性介质中,硝酸银沉淀法除去SCN~-,S~(2-),SO~3(2-)等离子的干扰。控制滤液pH在0.65以下,以防止甲酸钠和溴化碘起反应,然后用溴化碘卤化法定量测定滤液中的第三单体甲基丙烯磺酸钠(SMAS)的含量。操作简便,数据重现性好,硫氰酸钠溶剂中NaSCN含量在50—52%,SMAS含量在0.025%—0.12%范围内,相对误差不超过±3%。可供腈纶厂控制分析用。
This method uses alkaline medium, silver nitrate precipitation to remove SCN ~ -, S ~ (2 -), SO ~ 3 (2-) plasma interference. The pH of the filtrate is controlled below 0.65 to prevent sodium formate from reacting with brominated iodine, and the amount of the third monomeric sodium methallyl sulfonate (SMAS) in the filtrate is then quantitatively determined by the iodinated iodination method. The method has the advantages of simple operation and good data reproducibility. The content of NaSCN in the sodium thiocyanate solvent is in the range of 50-52% and the content of the SMAS in the range of 0.025% -0.12% with the relative error of not more than ± 3%. Available for acrylic plant control analysis.
