区教育局提出切实转型教研方式,要求从调整活动的内容、形式等为不同层面的教师提供学习和研究的平台,从而促进教师和学科共同的发展。对于一般都是语文老师兼课的品德小学科,必须找到一种既能为教师提供服务而不会带来过重负担,又能真正提高学科质量的教研方法。而教研方式的转型关键在于突出教研活动的主题化、系列化,打破现有教研活动的无序化、无效化的状态。因此,在教研室的领导下,品德学科围绕“主题教研”开展了一系列的活动。
