抓好农村幼儿园工作,是实施九年制义务教育的需要,也是教育为农村经济建设服务的具体体现。但是,农村幼儿园面广量大,其园舍设施,领导管理,师资水平等与城市园悬殊较大;即使同是农村幼儿园(班),各乡(镇)、村之间以及乡(镇)一级和村级幼儿园(班)的办园条件也不尽相同。从实际出发,为求得农村幼教事业的稳步发展,扎扎实实地提高农村幼儿教育质量,在1988年,湖州市教委、市妇联就明确提出,农村幼教的工作重点应当是,首先在每个乡(镇)办好一所中心幼儿园,使其在全乡(镇)幼儿教育中起到示范、辅导作用,像火车头那样带动全乡(镇)的幼儿园(班)。
Doing a good job in rural kindergartens is the need to implement nine-year compulsory education and also serves as a concrete manifestation of education for rural economic construction. However, there are a large number of rural kindergartens, and large disparities between the park facilities, leadership and teaching staff, and the city parks. From the reality, in order to obtain the steady development of the rural preschool education, and steadily improve the quality of early childhood education in rural areas, in 1988, Huzhou City Board of Education and Municipal Women’s Federation made it clear that the focus of rural preschool education should be, first, in each township (Town) to run a central kindergarten, make it in the township (town) early childhood education play a model and counseling role, as the locomotive drive that brought the township (town) kindergarten (class).
