4 生物吸附的影响因素金属离子与微生物细胞官能团之间的相互作用不仅与生物吸附剂的性质有关,而且还依赖金属的溶液化学。因此,生物吸附重金属会受到许多物理和化学因素影响,如 pH 值、光、温度、金属离子浓度和共存离子影响,而且还受微生物细胞生理条件的影响。4.1 pH 值对大多数生物吸附过程而言,pH 值是一个非常重要的参数。它会影响溶液中金属的化学性质、细胞壁位点的解离以及多金属溶液中离子之间的竞争。众多研究表明,吸附量随 pH 值升高而增大,但金属吸附量与 pH 值之间并不呈简单
4 Biosorption influencing factors The interaction between metal ions and microbial cell functional groups is not only related to the nature of the biosorbent but also to the solution chemistry of the metal. Therefore, biosorption of heavy metals is affected by many physical and chemical factors, such as pH, light, temperature, metal ion concentration and the influence of coexisting ions, but also by the physiological conditions of microbial cells. 4.1 pH For most biological adsorption processes, pH is a very important parameter. It affects the chemistry of the metal in the solution, the dissociation of the cell wall sites, and the competition between the ions in the polymetallic solution. Numerous studies show that the amount of adsorption increased with the increase of pH, but the amount of metal adsorption and pH values are not simple
