低碳经济作为一个全新的经济发展模式,逐渐成为世界各国的主流发展方式。在低碳经济的发展过程中,人力资本的投资不仅是发展低碳经济的主导,更是发挥着重要的支撑作用。实证研究发现:当人力资本存量较低时,抑制作用不明显,甚至短期可能会促进碳排放;当人力资本存量达到一定程度时,对碳排放量将起到很大的抑制作用。
As a new mode of economic development, the low-carbon economy has gradually become the mainstream mode of development for all countries in the world. In the process of developing a low-carbon economy, investment in human capital is not only the dominant factor in the development of a low-carbon economy, but also plays an important supporting role. Empirical study found that: when the human capital stock is low, the inhibition is not obvious, or even short-term may promote carbon emissions; when the human capital stock reaches a certain level, the carbon emissions will play a significant inhibitory effect.
