幼儿教师专业能力是专业化发展在教育实践中的集中体现,为完成职业要求和工作职责提供了保障,也直接影响着幼儿园的教育质量和幼儿健康快乐的发展,在幼儿教师的7种能力素养中,激励与评价能力方面表现普遍欠佳。为此,尝试探索幼儿教师激励与评价行为存在的问题,并提出改进幼儿教师激励与评价行为的教育建议。
Kindergarten teachers ’professional abilities are the concentrated manifestation of specialized development in educational practice, which guarantees the fulfillment of job requirements and job responsibilities. It also directly affects the quality of kindergarten education and the healthy and happy development of young children. Seven kinds of kindergarten teachers’ Incentives and evaluation capabilities generally poor performance. To this end, we try to explore the problems of kindergarten teachers ’motivation and evaluation behaviors and put forward some suggestions on how to improve kindergarten teachers’ motivation and evaluation behaviors.
