血清C反应蛋白、粘蛋白和转铁蛋白改变对伴感染白血病的诊断意义(文摘)

感染是白血病死亡的常见原因。由于白血病患者外周血白细胞数值常不能反映感染的存在,因此寻找敏感、快速的试验方法,对及时控制感染和顺利进行化疗具有重要意义。本文报道的38例白血病中18例伴有各种感染,其血清C反应蛋白和粘蛋白显著高于白血病不伴感染患者;血清转铁蛋白则明显低于白血病不伴感染患者。血清C反应蛋白在白血病 Infection is a common cause of death from leukemia.
