骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS)目前尚无令人满意的疗法,本文报告26例MDS用精氨酸盐血红素(Heme arginate)治疗。26例MDS中,RA 10例,RARS5例,RAEB 9例,RAEB-T 2例。治疗方法:给精氨酸盐血红素2-3mg/公斤体重。加入100ml生理盐水中,在20-30分钟内静脉滴入,每周1次,连用8-12周。其中19例开始接受3mg/公斤体重、连续4天的负荷剂量。结果:26例中6例在治疗期间全血细胞减少情况有改善,其中2例的严重全血细胞减少在治疗后恢复正常,1例除血小板略低于正常外,其他血
Myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) is currently no satisfactory treatment, the paper reported 26 cases of MDS with arginine heme (Heme arginate) treatment. 26 cases of MDS, RA 10 cases, RARS 5 cases, RAEB 9 cases, RAEB-T 2 cases. Treatment: Arginine heme 2-3mg / kg body weight. Add 100ml saline, intravenous drip in 20-30 minutes, once a week, once every 8-12 weeks. Nineteen of them started receiving loading doses of 3 mg / kg body weight for 4 consecutive days. Results: Among 26 cases, 6 cases had ameliorated pancytopenia during treatment.
