目的:观察补肾益气方治疗黄体功能不全所致自然流产的临床疗效,及对患者血清人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)、孕酮(P)、雌二醇(E_2)水平的影响。方法:选取在本院接受治疗的120例黄体功能不全所致自然流产患者,随机分为对照组、中药组及中西医结合组,每组40例。对照组不做任何处理,中药组给予补肾益气方治疗,中西医结合组在给予补肾益气方治疗时额外肌肉注射黄体酮。中药组和中西医联合组均连续用药3月。观察3组血清β-HCG、P、E_2水平的变化,比较3组足月分娩率。结果:孕1月,3组血清β-HCG、P及E_2水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。孕2月,中药组和中西医结合组血清β-HCG、P及E_2水平均高于对照组(P<0.05),中西医结合组3项指标水平均高于中药组(P<0.05)。孕3月,中药组和中西医结合组血清β-HCG、P及E_2水平均高于对照组,中西医结合组3项指标水平均高于中药组(P<0.05)。对照组足月分娩率62.5%(25/40),中药组足月分娩率82.5%(33/40),中西医结合组足月分娩率90.0%(36/40)。中药组和中西医结合组的足月分娩率均高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:补肾益气方联合黄体酮注射液治疗黄体功能不全所致自然流产,可提高孕妇血清中的β-HCG、P及E_2水平,有较好的保胎效果。
Objective: Treated clinical efficacy Qi luteal insufficiency kidney observation of spontaneous abortion, and its effect on human patient serum chorionic gonadotropin (β-HCG), progesterone (P), estradiol (E_2) levels . Methods: 120 cases of spontaneous abortion caused by luteal insufficiency in our hospital were randomly divided into control group, traditional Chinese medicine group and traditional Chinese and western medicine group, 40 cases in each group. The control group did not do any treatment, the traditional Chinese medicine group was given Bushen Yiqi Fang, and the Integrative Medicine group was treated with Bushen Yiqi Fang when an additional intramuscular injection of progesterone. Chinese medicine group and Chinese medicine combined group were continuous medication in March. The changes of serum β-HCG, P and E 2 levels in 3 groups were observed, and the 3 groups of full-term delivery rates were compared. Results: The levels of β-HCG, P and E 2 in the three groups were not significantly different between the first trimester and the third trimester (P> 0.05). The levels of β-HCG, P and E 2 in Chinese medicine group and traditional Chinese medicine combined with Western medicine group were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.05). The levels of three indexes in TCM-WM group were higher than those in TCM group (P <0.05). In the third trimester of pregnancy, the serum levels of β-HCG, P and E 2 in TCM group and TCM-WM group were all higher than those in control group. The levels of three indexes in TCM-WM group were higher than those in TCM group (P <0.05). Full-term delivery rate was 62.5% (25/40) in the control group, full-term delivery rate was 82.5% (33/40) in the TCM group, and full-term delivery rate was 90.0% (36/40) in the Integrative Medicine Group. The full-term delivery rates of traditional Chinese medicine group and traditional Chinese medicine integrated group were higher than those of control group (P <0.05, P <0.01). Conclusion: Bushen Yiqi Decoction combined with progesterone injection in the treatment of spontaneous abortion caused by luteal insufficiency can increase the level of β-HCG, P and E 2 in serum of pregnant women and has a better effect on tocolytic effects.
