Endometriosis is a common benign disease affectingabout 10% to 20% of women.The frequency ofintestinal endometriosis varies between 3% and 37% inwomen with proven endometriosis.The most ofteninvolved site of the disease is the rectosigmoid,followedby the rectovaginal septum,distal ileum,cecum,and theappendix.Perforation rarely happens in patients withintestinal endometriosis.Here,we report 2 cases ofterminal ileum perforation owing to endometriosis.
