2009年敲门之际,“纪念中国共产党十一届三中全会召开30周年”大会在北京人民大会堂隆重举行,而就在大会召开的前一天,由商务部产业损害调查局主办的“经济全球化与产业安全高级研讨会”在距离人民大会堂不远的首都大酒店低调召开。两相对比,让人们对中国的改革开放更多了一份“愈向前时水愈深”的感慨。“国家对产业安全问题一直非常重视,前不久主管经济工作的王岐山副总理还专门听取了有关部门的报告。”商务部公平贸易局调查副专员夏翔在客串主持人时透露。“今天来的都是在各自领域有政策制定重大话语权的人。”一位参会的行会代表一边翻着会议资料一边评论道,“这些演讲人的观点反映出当今中国社会精英阶层对国家产业安全问题的深入思考和全新主张”。
