一、引言内燃机车上有触点电器中,直流电磁接触器是用得较多的一种电器。它们分别用于主发电机励磁、柴油机起动、空气压缩机起动、机油泵电机及燃油泵电机控制等电路。目前,国产内燃机车上仍都采用工业上通用的CZO系列直流电磁接触器。根据机务段统计,其故障率高于一般其他电器。为了提高内燃机车电控电器的质量及可靠性,采用优质、性能可靠的新型直流电磁接触器已是势在必行。
I. INTRODUCTION There are contacts in diesel locomotives, DC magnetic contactor is used more of a kind of electrical appliances. They are used for the main generator excitation, diesel engine start, air compressor start, pump motor and fuel pump motor control circuit. At present, domestic diesel locomotives are still used in industrial CZO series of DC electromagnetic contactor. According to the depot statistics, the failure rate is higher than the average other electrical appliances. In order to improve the quality and reliability of diesel-electric vehicles, it is imperative to adopt a new type of DC electromagnetic contactor with high quality and reliable performance.
