Hackloer等在1976~1978年间发表了关于可用超声显象来观察排卵前卵泡的报导,对卵泡成熟、生长及排卵的动态研究提供一种新的敏感的方法,用这种方法能更精确地监视诱导排卵,及更有利于选择适当的时间进行人工授精。在本研究,作者以超声显象追踪卵泡自出现到消失,同时应用其他间接测定排卵的方法如基础体温、血清内分泌测定、宫颈粘液检查等。将超声显象的结果和其他间接测定排卵方法对照进行分析。研究对象为10例年龄在24~28岁,月经正常,无妇科疾病,未服过避孕药物或其他激素的妇女,
