健全高职院校治理结构是构建现代高职院校制度的核心问题。我国现行高职院校治理结构存在行政权力过泛、办学独立性弱、行业企业参与缺失等诸多亟待完善的问题。解决这些问题,一要转变政府职能;二要建立明晰的高职院校内部管理制度;三要成立董事会,让企业有平台真正参与高职院校管理。 Improving the Governance Structure of Higher Vocational Colleges is the Key Problem in Constructing the System of Modern Higher Vocational Colleges. The governance structure of the existing higher vocational colleges in our country is experiencing many problems to be perfected, such as the overriding administrative power, the weak independence of running schools and the lack of participation of enterprises in the industry. To solve these problems, we must change the government functions; two to establish a clear internal management system of higher vocational colleges; three to set up a board of directors, so that enterprises have a platform to truly participate in the management of higher vocational colleges.
