采用葡聚糖凝胶SephadexG-25柱层析方法从古尼拟青霉(Paecilomyces gunnii)镇痛粗提物(CGUAS)中分离到5个单峰组分,其中CGUAS-p1组分的镇痛效果最好,在浓度为5mg/mL时,对冰醋酸所致小鼠扭体抑制率为92.31%,镇痛效果几乎与杜冷丁相当,并且对小鼠具有一定的镇静作用.经化学分析,各单峰组分中均含有糖和蛋白质,而且镇痛效果与各组分中糖和蛋白质的含量成正比(n=4),其中CGUAS-p1、CGUAS-p2、CGUAS-p4、CGUAS-p5组分的糖和蛋白质的出峰时间相近,推测古尼拟青霉镇痛物质可能为糖肽类物质.
