企业人力资源在一定程度上是企业的无形财富,是企业发展壮大,增强竞争实力的核心因素。随着市场经济的发展,全球经济环境的变化,企业之间的竞争日益激烈,我国国企在人力资源管理方面仍有许多完善之处。本文通过分析我国国有企业人力资源配置的现状及问题,有探讨了国企人力资源优化配置实施具体措施。
Enterprise human resources to a certain extent, is the intangible wealth of enterprises, is the core factor in the development and growth of enterprises, enhance competitiveness. With the development of market economy, changes in the global economic environment and increasingly fierce competition among enterprises, there are still many improvements in China’s state-owned enterprises in terms of human resources management. This article analyzes the current situation and problems of the allocation of human resources in state-owned enterprises in our country, and discusses the specific measures to optimize the allocation of human resources in state-owned enterprises.
