Since 1962 Canadian chemist Bartlett synthesized the first xenon xe compound Xe ~ + [PtF_6] ~ -, the research on the chemical properties of noble gases has emerged a new situation. Subsequently, a number of new rare gas compounds have been discovered, the information in this regard can refer to the literature [2]. To date, xenon-based fluorides, oxides, complex fluorides, oxyfluorides and oxyacids have been mainly studied in rare gases. Krypton and radon compounds are few and unstable, and research on the chemical properties of other noble gases proceeds even less. Why are rare gas compounds in small quantities and often very unstable? In this paper, rare gas halides and Xe ~ + ionic compounds, for example, from the thermodynamic point of view to explore the law of its formation.
