考察了LY1 2爆炸复合板不同取向的拉伸强度、分层韧性及疲劳裂纹扩展行为。观测了疲劳长裂纹的扩展路径形态 ,并利用断裂力学理论讨论了材料的层状结构与其疲劳性能之间的关系。结果表明 ,层合板中的层间界面性能对其疲劳性能具有重要影响 ,在LY1 2爆炸复合板中 ,垂直板面L S取向和L T取向的疲劳裂纹在扩展过程中都发生了明显的止裂
The tensile strength, delamination toughness and fatigue crack growth behavior of LY1 2 explosive composite plates were investigated. The shape of the extended path of the fatigue crack was observed and the relationship between the layered structure of the material and its fatigue properties was discussed by fracture mechanics theory. The results show that the interfacial interfacial properties of laminates have an important influence on the fatigue properties. In the LY1 2 explosive composite plates, both the L S orientation and the L T oriented fatigue cracks of the laminates have obvious crack arrest
