笔者向铜仁学院附中申报了《班级文化实践研究》课题,通过申报审查,被立项为校级重点课题。和一些热爱教育事业的教师探讨交流时发现,担任班主任有两种情况:一种是语文科任教师兼任班主任;另一种非语文教师但兼任班主任。这两种类型的班主任都曾经执行过“班级日记制度”;在执行过程中,也采取了一些激励办法,如将写得比较好的班级日记拿到讲台上朗读,供其他同学参考领悟。然而,由于多种因素的影响,该制度到初一下学期
