为提升国内轨道车辆转向架测试设备的技术水平,并能全面、准确地评测转向架刚度的性能,提出了一种新型轨道车辆转向架刚度试验台的设计方案。依据试验台的技术特点,对系统的组成、液压缸的动作方式以及液压系统的控制形式进行了设计,确定了液压缸及伺服阀的相关参数。在对阀控液压缸工作原理及伺服阀特性研究的基础之上,着重对该液压伺服系统进行了建模和特性分析,并给出了分析结果。分析结果表明:液压伺服系统的关键部件选型合理,测试结果准确可靠,能够比较精确地对转向架刚度进行测试,为新型转向架刚度试验台的推广应用奠定了技术基础。
In order to improve the technical level of domestic rail vehicle bogie test equipment and comprehensively and accurately evaluate the performance of bogie stiffness, a new type of rail vehicle bogie rigidity test bench design is proposed. According to the technical characteristics of the test bench, the system’s composition, the operation mode of the hydraulic cylinder and the control mode of the hydraulic system are designed, and the related parameters of the hydraulic cylinder and servo valve are determined. Based on the research on the working principle of valve-controlled hydraulic cylinder and the characteristics of servo-valve, the hydraulic servo system is modeled and characterized, and the analysis results are given. The analysis results show that the selection of the key components of the hydraulic servo system is reasonable, the test results are accurate and reliable, and the stiffness of the bogie can be tested more accurately, laying a technical foundation for the popularization and application of the new bogie rigidity test rig.
