公文文稿的审核是办公室(秘书部门)的一项经常性的重要工作.在较高层次的党政机关和企事业单位的办公室一般设有核稿员岗位,核稿员具有较强文字能力和一定实践经验,对公文文稿进行审核把关.我在一个大型企业的办公室担任核稿工作,实践使我体会到,核稿人员应自觉地运用行为科学的原理,处理好和拟稿者之间的关系,从而保证核稿质量,提高工作效率,避免工作中不应有的失误.本人拟就此作点探讨:
