随着经济发展的需求,许多企业规模在迅速扩大,多元化的经营模式使企业逐步形成集团公司。由于业务的需求与范围的扩大,许多集团出现了多个子公司,并且子公司分布广阔,甚至走出国门。由此可以看出,只有管理好子公司的经营活动,才能促进集团整体经济发展的进程。本文站在子公司财务管理的角度,从具体的实践经验出发,阐述了如何做好子公司的财务管理工作,以此促进子公司的健康发展,最终为集团公司整体建设发展奉献出应尽的力量。
With the demand for economic development, many enterprises are rapidly expanding their scale, diversified business model so that enterprises gradually formed a group company. Due to the expanding needs and scope of business, many groups have many subsidiaries, and their subsidiaries are widely distributed and even go abroad. From this we can see that only by managing the subsidiary’s business activities can we promote the overall economic development of the Group. This article from the perspective of financial management of subsidiaries, starting from the specific practical experience, elaborated on how to do a good job in the financial management of subsidiaries in order to promote the healthy development of subsidiaries, and ultimately for the overall construction of the company’s contribution to the development and dedication power.
