车间,是企业内部最大最重要的一级组织,具有承上启下的关键作用,其作用可概括为:组织实施、过程监控、完成任务、现场治理、信息反馈。现代管理学视角下的车间管理,就是对车间所进行的生产活动进行计划、安排、组织、指挥、协调及控制等一系列的管理行为。它是以安全生产为核心的一种管理形态,是企业内部落实具体生产任务的单位,位于管理的中间层,具备相对的独立性。
The workshop, which is the largest and most important internal organization within a company, has the key function of connecting and helping each other. Its role can be summarized as follows: organization and implementation, process monitoring, completion of tasks, site management and information feedback. The workshop management from the perspective of modern management is a series of management activities such as planning, arranging, organizing, directing, coordinating and controlling the production activities conducted by the workshop. It is a management form with safety production as its core. It is a unit that implements specific production tasks within an enterprise. It is located in the middle of management and has relative independence.
