随着人们环保意识的增强,对纸及纸产品需求的增加,国家出台各项促进林纸一体化发展的相关政策。论文从林纸一体化企业模式分析入手,梳理林纸一体化企业内部产生文化冲突的原因和具体表现,针对林纸一体化企业文化冲突现状,提出组织结构完善、文化氛围营造等协调方法,促进林纸一体化目标的实现。
