我国高职院校教师水平参差不齐、队伍年轻化、双师型程度低,单调狭窄的高职教师职业通道必然会阻碍高职院校教师队伍整体素质的提高,从而影响我国高等职业教育的发展。高职院校应结合职业生涯管理相关理论,设计多重高职教师职业通道,帮助高职教师在自我认知的基础上,根据不同职业路径的选择,满足自身需要,使教师的职业目标和计划与学校的整体发展目标相一致,最终达到双赢的局面。
