目的比较医院Ⅲ类环境开窗自然通风与紫外线消毒后空气中的菌数。方法对60间Ⅲ类环境病房进行自然通风与紫外线消毒后效果比较。结果紫外线照射结束后30 min与自然通风结束后30 min空气中的菌数比较,差异无统计学意义。结论有效通风可以达到Ⅲ类环境的空气要求,能弥补目前医院紫外线照射消毒的不足及局限性。
Objective To compare the number of bacteria in air after natural ventilation and UV disinfection in hospital Ⅲ environment. Methods Sixty Class III environmental wards were compared after natural ventilation and ultraviolet disinfection. Results There was no significant difference in the number of bacteria in the air 30 minutes after the end of UV irradiation and 30 minutes after the end of the natural ventilation. Conclusion Effective ventilation can meet the air requirements of Class III environment and can make up for the shortcomings and limitations of the current hospital ultraviolet radiation disinfection.
