目的 采用心理生理测验的方法 ,探讨和评价富氧室对提高和改善高原移居者脑体工作能力的可行性。方法 驻海拔 370 0m6个月的 2 0名男性健康青年 ,进入富氧室 12h ,进入前采用DDX 2 0 0型电脑多功能心理生理测试仪进行光信号记忆测验与右手左脚及左手右脚交叉运作频率的基础测试 ,测试后进行自行车功量运动 ,(指标 :功率W2 2 5、P180次 /分 )运动达指标后 10分钟重复上述测验 ,进入富氧室休息睡眠 12h后 ,出富氧室进行达指标的运动后 ,重复上述测验。结果 富氧前基础测验右手左脚交叉动作频率总次数 ,正确次数显著多于运动后 (P <0 .0 1) ,富氧后右手左脚与左手右脚交叉动作频率总次数、正确次数显著多于富氧前运动前后 (P <0 .0 1) ,错误次数显著少于富氧前运动后 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,富氧后 ,运动后视觉记忆错误显著少于富氧前、运动前、后。结论 高原富氧室能显著有效的改善和提高移居者脑 体功效能力
Objective To explore and evaluate the feasibility of oxygen-enriched room to improve and improve the working ability of brain in plateau settlers by means of psychophysiological test. After oxygen enrichment, the visual memory errors after exercise were significantly less than those before oxygen-enriched Before and after exercise.
