目的探讨数字化三维成形技术,在复杂性颌骨凹陷畸形修复中的应用效果。方法自2014年1月至2016年5月,应用数字化三维成形技术,修复12例复杂性颌骨凹陷畸形,回顾性分析其手术方法、手术时机及预后。结果应用数字化三维成形技术修复复杂性颌骨凹陷畸形,提高了颌骨修补后与原来颌骨的一致性,且手术时间平均比传统方法缩短2 h。随访未发现有补体移位、外露或排异等严重并发症。结论应用数字化三维成形技术修复复杂性颌骨凹陷畸形,可明显提高颌骨修补后与原来颌骨形状的一致性,同时缩短手术时间,降低手术风险,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the application of digital three-dimensional (3D) forming technique in complex mandibular deformity repair. Methods From January 2014 to May 2016, 12 cases of complicated jaw deformity were repaired by digital three-dimensional (3D) forming technique. The surgical methods, operation timing and prognosis were retrospectively analyzed. Results The application of digital three-dimensional (3D) forming technique to repair the complex deformity of the jaw reduced the consistency between the mandible and the original mandibular after repair, and the operation time was shortened by 2 hours than the traditional method. Follow-up did not find a significant shift in the complement, such as exposure or rejection of serious complications. Conclusions The application of digital three-dimensional (3D) forming technique to repair the complex deformity of the jaw can significantly improve the consistency of the original jaw shape after mandibular repair, meanwhile shorten the operation time and reduce the operation risk, which is worthy of clinical application.
