目的通过对2011~2012年合肥市售生食水产品中分离的副溶血性弧菌血清型、毒力基因和耐药性的研究,了解生食海产品污染的副溶血性弧菌的病原学特征。方法按GB/T4789.7-2008方法进行分离鉴定,用PCR技术检测不耐热溶血素(tlh)基因、耐热直接溶血素基因(tdh)和耐热直接溶血素相关溶血素基因(trh)。药敏试验采用K-B法。结果两年检获的65株副溶血性弧菌分属11个血清群,以O2(41.54%)、O1(12.31%)、O3(12.31%)群为主。65株菌均不携带tdh和trh毒力基因,tlh基因全部阳性。药敏结果显示,65株菌对15种抗生素显示出较高的青霉素(100.0%)和氨苄西林(95.4%)耐药性。结论近年来合肥市售生食水产品中污染的副溶血性弧菌以O2血清型为主,tdh基因和trh基因均为阴性。
Objective To understand the etiological characteristics of Vibrio parahaemolyticus contaminated by raw seafood by studying the serotypes, virulence genes and drug resistance of Vibrio parahaemolyticus isolated from raw seafood in Hefei City from 2011 to 2012. Methods According to the method of GB / T4789.7-2008 for isolation and identification, PCR was used to detect the expression of tlh, tdh, and trh in heat shock hemolysin (thh) . Drug sensitivity test using K-B method. Results The 65 strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus seized in two years belonged to 11 serogroups. The main serogroups were O2 (41.54%), O1 (12.31%) and O3 (12.31%). 65 strains of bacteria do not carry tdh and trh virulence genes, tlh gene all positive. The susceptibility results showed that 65 strains showed higher resistance to penicillin (100.0%) and ampicillin (95.4%) to 15 antibiotics. Conclusions In recent years, the serotypes of Vibrio parahaemolyticus polluted by raw seafood in Hefei are mainly O2 serotypes, and both tdh and trh genes are negative.
