[目的]建立人发汞的微波消解-原子荧光光谱测定法。[方法]发样经微波消解后,原子荧光光谱法测定。[结果]方法检出限为0.026μg/L,在0~1.000μg/L范围内,标准曲线相关系数为0.9995,相对标准偏差为1.89%~3.23%,平均回收率为92.0%~98.7%。[结论]本实验选择的实验条件均较理想,由此建立的方法较传统方法更准确、灵敏、简便,适用于职业监测等大批样品的检测。
[Objective] To establish a microwave digestion-atomic fluorescence spectrometry of human hair mercury. [Method] The sample was determined by microwave digestion and atomic fluorescence spectrometry. [Result] The detection limit of the method was 0.026μg / L. The correlation coefficient of the standard curve was 0.9995 with the relative standard deviation of 1.89% ~ 3.23% and the average recovery of 92.0% ~ 98.7% within the range of 0 ~ 1.000μg / L. [Conclusion] The experimental conditions selected in this experiment were all ideal. The established method was more accurate, sensitive and simpler than traditional methods and was suitable for the detection of a large number of samples such as occupational monitoring.
