我们对1981年~1990年绥化市生产的冰棍、汽水、格瓦斯和啤洒4个品种,按年度,季节,品种、来源及厂家不同进行了卫生质量分析。结果表明,10年来冷饮卫生质量总体看呈上升趋势。合格率1981年为25.58%,1990年为91.34%;不同季节冷饮合格率无差别;啤洒和汽水合格率高于另2种冷饮;抽检样品合格率低于送检样品。乡镇厂产品卫生状况远不如城镇产品好。调查结果提示,解决和提高冷饮卫生质量仍然是食品卫生工作中一项重要的任务。
We analyzed the health quality of the four varieties of popsicles, soft drinks, gevaisi and beer sprinkles produced in Suihua from 1981 to 1990 according to the year, season, variety, origin and manufacturer. The results show that over the past 10 years, the overall quality of cold drinks showed an upward trend. The passing rate was 25.58% in 1981 and 91.34% in 1990. There was no difference in the passing rate of cold drinks in different seasons. The pass rate of beer sprinkles and soft drinks was higher than that of the other two cold drinks. The pass rate of sampling samples was lower than that of the samples tested. Township factory health products far better than the town product. The findings suggest that tackling and improving the hygiene of cold drinks is still an important task in food hygiene.
