目的探讨簇集蛋白在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的表达及其与病理学特征的关系。方法采用ELISA定量和免疫组化法分别检测38例初诊NSCLC患者(A组)、16例肺良性病变患者(B组)血清簇集蛋白浓度和肺组织簇集蛋白的表达。结果 A组血清簇集蛋白为(137.65±73.83)ng/ml,肺组织簇集蛋白阳性率为55.26%,均明显高于B组的(102.74±55.67)ng/ml(P<0.01)和12.50%(P<0.01)。A组血清和肺组织中簇集蛋白表达与患者性别、年龄、组织学类型等均无明显相关性,而肺癌晚期、有淋巴结转移及高分化者血清、肺组织中簇集蛋白均高表达。血清和肺组织中簇集蛋白表达呈正相关(r=0.395,P<0.05)。结论 NSCLC患者体内簇集蛋白高表达可能与肺癌发生、发展密切相关。
Objective To investigate the expression of cluster proteins in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and its relationship with pathological features. Methods 38 cases of newly diagnosed NSCLC patients (group A) and 16 cases of benign lung disease (group B) were examined by ELISA and immunohistochemistry respectively for the determination of serum concentration of clusterin and expression of clusterin in lung tissue. Results The positive rate of clusterin in group A was (137.65 ± 73.83) ng / ml and that in group B was 55.26%, which was significantly higher than that in group B (102.74 ± 55.67) ng / ml (P <0.01) % (P <0.01). There was no significant correlation between the expression of clusterin in serum and lung tissue of A group and the sex, age and histological type of patient, while the expression of clusterin in serum and lung tissue of advanced lung cancer with lymph node metastasis and well differentiated were all highly expressed. Serum and lung tissue clustering protein expression was positively correlated (r = 0.395, P <0.05). Conclusion The high expression of cluster proteins in NSCLC patients may be closely related to the occurrence and development of lung cancer.
