绩效激励机制是企业人力资源管理系统的核心,是现代企业管理的一项重要内容,在人才优势挖掘和人力资源配置中发挥着主导作用。只有同时满足企业和个人同步发展过程中所必须具备的激励机制,才能真正起到激励员工,充分调动其积极性的重要作用。对于“统一领导,垂直管理,专卖专营”的烟草企业,建立和形成包括绩效管理机制和激励机制在内的激励体系就更为必要。
Performance incentive mechanism is the core of enterprise human resource management system and an important part of modern enterprise management. It plays a leading role in the mining of talent advantages and the allocation of human resources. Only by meeting the incentive mechanisms necessary for the simultaneous development of enterprises and individuals can we really play an important role in motivating employees and fully mobilizing their enthusiasm. For tobacco companies with “unified leadership, vertical management and exclusive monopoly”, it is even more necessary to establish and form an incentive system that includes performance management mechanisms and incentive mechanisms.
