本文分析了半农半牧地区寄宿制小学当好班主任困难的原因(半农半牧地区社会环境因素、学生本身的因素、学生家长的因素、班主任自身的因素),提出管理了对策:班主任要关爱学生,包容转化后进生;引导学生养成良好的学习习惯;客观、发展地评价学生;尊重孩子,理解宽容,建立良好的师生关系;班主任要做到身正为范、严格要求学生;善于表扬,巧妙批评,以典型为榜样;与家长密切联系,共同教育学生。
