口腔颌面深部间隙的异物可造成感染、肿痛等不适症状及张口受限、咀嚼困难等功能障碍,甚至引发严重并发症危及生命。本例患者在行下牙槽神经阻滞麻醉时注射针折断,造成翼下颌间隙肿胀疼痛及张口受限。在我院经过BrainLAB导航系统引导下完整取出异物,术后症状完全消失。导航引导有助于安全、有效的取出口腔颌面深部异物,减少邻近重要血管神经的再损伤。
Oral and maxillofacial space foreign body can cause infections, swelling and pain and other symptoms and limited mouth opening, chewing difficulties and other dysfunction, and even lead to serious complications of life-threatening. In this case, the needle was broken during the alveolar nerve block anesthesia, resulting in swelling and pain in the jaw space and restricted mouth opening. In our hospital after BrainLAB navigation system to guide the complete removal of foreign body, postoperative symptoms completely disappear. Guided navigation helps to safely and effectively remove deep foreign bodies in the oral and maxillofacial region and reduce the re-injury of adjacent major vascular nerves.
