为了从分子水平上探讨病人血清中组织、细胞代谢产物的生化异常,利用表面增强拉曼散射技术检测了糖尿病及并发症(冠心病、青光眼和脑梗塞)病人的血清。结果表明:这几种疾病患者血清的表面增强拉曼光谱十分相似,说明这几种疾病中组织、细胞代谢产物的分子结构或含量变化相近;与正常人血清的表面增强拉曼光谱相比,存在显著的差异。特别是在这几种疾病患者血清中,谱线725 cm~(-1)相对强度明显增强,且增强部分来自腺嘌呤的贡献,与血糖的高低无关,说明这几种疾病患者的代谢产物中含有较高的碱基腺嘌呤,这些结果为研究糖尿病及并发症的生化机理以及临床诊断提供有力的实验依据。
In order to investigate the biochemical abnormalities of the tissue and cellular metabolites in patient’s sera at molecular level, the serum of patients with diabetes mellitus and complications (coronary heart disease, glaucoma and cerebral infarction) was detected by surface enhanced Raman scattering.
