铝杆生产中控制铸坯质量是得到优质铝杆的关键,获得优质铸坯除了要防止出现夹渣、裂纹、缩孔等常见铸造缺陷外,关键是如何得到具有等轴细晶组织的铸坯,理论分析并结合实践生产经验,制定了细化处理时铝钛硼杆最佳加入量,膨化处理时加入不同氟硼酸钾量的试验方案。试验在意大利生产的高强杆生产线进行,经前后15组试验,获得了得到等轴细晶组织铸坯的工艺方法,取得以下试验结果:细化处理时铝钛硼杆最佳加入量为0.8~1.0 m/min;膨化处理时氟硼酸钾加入量可按经验公式计算添加,一般为0.7~1.0 kg/t;氟硼酸钾与铝钛硼杆同时使用时存在相互干扰,要合理调配工艺。最终形成一套可靠地获得优质铸坯的现场生产工艺措施。
